Ron Pace is the President of Decorative Products. In this role he leads the Kallista, Ann Sacks, and Robern Businesses. He is the former President for Kitchen & Bath Americas. He led the Americas Plumbing business from 1995 to September 2008. When he retired in 2008 he consulted up until returning to the role of President for Kitchen & Bath Americas from June 2011 through August 2012. Currently he consults with Kohler in both Global Power Systems and K&B, is an adjunct professor in Marquette’s MBA program and serves on the Boards of both Appleton and Road America.
