A Georgetown University theology graduate, he went on to earn a second degree at the Culinary Institute of America, then opened his first restaurant at age 27. In a recent interview, he said there has never been a better time to be a diner in Washington, "but there's never been a more competitive time to be a restaurant owner." Tracy is married to CBS News' Norah O'Donnell.
